Grandstand Motor Sports is the leading motorsport travel specialist, offering packages and tailor-made itineraries for motorsports events worldwide. We are based in Leicestershire and are a team of travel enthusiasts who are passionate about all things motorsport. We arrange travel packages to a wide portfolio of motorsports events including F1, MotoGP, WSBK, Le Mans, Indycar, NASCAR and Classic and Historic events. Opportunities to travel to most events.

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us in two key office-based roles:

Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their travel needs, and helping them book the perfect motorsports hospitality and travel packages. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a genuine passion for motorsport travel. Your key responsibilities will include handling enquiries, building client relationships, processing bookings, and meeting sales targets. Previous experience in travel, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred.

Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our motorsports travel packages. From coordinating flights, hotels, and transfers to liaising with suppliers and managing logistics, this role demands strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless trip delivery and an outstanding experience for our clients. Prior experience in operations, travel logistics, or event coordination is beneficial.
