Take the flight included from London Heathrow to Birmingham Airport. Upon arrival, take a short taxi ride in a readily available taxi from the airport and make your way to your hotel where accommodation is reserved for you on a bed and breakfast basis for 4 nights.

If you would like a price excluding flights then we can certainly arrange a ground package. Alternatively, if you are looking to extend your visit to the States and you would like flights into or out of alternative airports for different dates then we can add these on to the standard package. Friday, 17 October

Saturday, 18 October

Another free day for personal activities.

Optional: Purchase an Xfinity Saturday Truck Series race ticket for a thrilling experience at Talladega Speedway (supplement of 165 GBP includes ticket and track transportation).

Sunday, 19 October

• Take included return transfer to Talladega Speedway.
• A ticket is included in your package, with seats close to the Start/Finish line and high enough to offer a great view of the entire race track.

Monday, 20 October

• Leisurely breakfast.
• Head back to Birmingham Airport for your return flight to London Heathrow.

In the unlikely event of a race being postponed due to rain, your ticket will remain valid for the rerun of the race the following day. Your representative on site will advise you of the various options available.

4 Nights in Las Vegas!

Thursday 9th October

Take your included flight from London Heathrow to Las Vegas. Your hotel is only a few minutes away in a taxi from the airport. You can either jump in a taxi that is readily available at the airport, or we can arrange a private transfer for you in advance if you wish. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel where accommodation is reserved for 4 nights.

Friday 10th & Saturday 11th October
Free days to enjoy as you wish. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas. Explore the iconic Strip, try your luck at world-famous casinos, or indulge in world-class entertainment. Alternatively, you can purchase a Friday Truck Series and Saturday Xfinity Series race ticket and kick-start your weekend with thrilling track action. 

Sunday 12th October
Gear up for an unforgettable day as you take advantage of the included return transfer to the track for the NASCAR Cup Series. Your package ensures a premium experience with a reserved Section 2 White front stretch ticket, providing spectacular views of the race.

Monday 13th October
After a leisurely breakfast, bid farewell to the excitement of Las Vegas. Make your way back to Las Vegas Airport for your return flight to London Heathrow.

Tuesday 14th October
Arrive back to the UK

Thursday 22 August

• Depart from London Heathrow to Orlando on your included flight.
• Upon arrival in Orlando, you will be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel, where accommodation is reserved for you on a bed-and-breakfast basis for the next 4 nights. Alternatively, if you prefer flexibility, a hire car can be arranged for you in advance of your stay.

Friday 23 August

• Enjoy a leisurely day exploring Orlando at your own pace. Discover the magic of Disney World, visit Universal Studios, or relax by the pool at your hotel – the choice is yours.

Saturday 24 August

• Today, indulge in the excitement of NASCAR at the Daytona International Raceway. Your package includes return transfers from your hotel to the raceway, ensuring a seamless experience. Take your seat in Tower 467, offering spectacular views of the thrilling NASCAR Cup Series Coke Zero Sugar 400. Immerse yourself in the speed and adrenaline of the race for an unforgettable evening.

Sunday 25 August

• Another day at your disposal to savour Orlando’s attractions or simply unwind. Consider exploring the Kennedy Space Center, discovering the wonders of SeaWorld, or enjoying the vibrant nightlife in the city.

Monday 26 August

• Check out from your hotel and bid farewell to Orlando. You will be met and transferred to the Orlando International Hotel for your return flight to the UK.

Tuesday 27 August

• Arrive back in the UK, bringing your exhilarating trip to a close. Reflect on the exciting experiences and memorable moments from your NASCAR weekend and Orlando exploration.

Friday 14th February
Take a direct flight from London to Orlando. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to the Embassy Suites Orlando-North Hotel where accommodation is reserved for you for four nights including breakfast.
Alternatively, we can arrange a ‘mid-size’ car for you to hire at no additional cost to give you the total freedom to explore the surrounding Florida area where there is so much to see and do. We can also arrange tickets to the various local theme parks such as Disney or Universal Studios.

Saturday 15th February
Optional departure for the Daytona Speedway to watch the Daytona 300 & supporting races. When at the Speedway there is a fantastic Hall of Fame museum which you can also visit on Saturday.

If you decide not to join today’s transfer spend the day at leisure in Orlando.

Sunday 16th February
You will be greeted by our local representative for the early departure by coach for the Daytona Speedway and the Daytona 500.

Included are Pit Road Exit – Sections 466 to 474 – Front Stretch Tower Seats with exceptional views over much of the Daytona track.

The coach will be waiting to return you to Orlando at the end of each day’s events.

Monday 17th February
At leisure in Orlando to relax and enjoy as you wish*
If you choose to hire a car with us why not explore the Everglades National Park or take a drive to the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral.

Tuesday 18th February
Free until your afternoon transfer to the airport for your flight back to London.

Wednesday 19th February
Arrive back in London.

*In the event that inclement weather results in the race being postponed until Monday, return transfers to the circuit will be arranged for an additional supplement.
