This depends on the event and type of trip you are booking, you will be advised at the time of your enquiry.

10 weeks prior to departure.

Debit card, credit card, and bank transfer.

Yes after your initial deposit you may pay in installments at any time by debit card, credit card, or bank transfer, this must be paid in full 10 weeks prior to travel.

We recommend Holiday Extras Travel Insurance, details on how to book insurance is on our ‘Links‘ page. You can book online or by phone.

On your final itinerary, you will be given a mobile number for the Grandstand representative who will be accompanying your trip. For those events where a representative is not present, we will give you further information closer to the time of the event.

You will be given the option to include luggage. As with most airlines now, this comes at a supplement. On most of the long haul flights the airlines include luggage in the airfare.

This varies between airlines, we recommend that you check the website of the airline which you are travelling with.

We will try where possible to offer children discounts, however again this depends on the event, some circuit offer discounted tickets for children, whilst some offer free general admission for under 12’s. Please ask at the time of your enquiry. For children we recommend ear defenders are worn, these can be purchased at the track.

This information will be in your final itinerary and you will always be given a contact number.

These are usually sent to you approximately 10 days prior to departure.

Please go on to the event you are interested in on our website and you can register your interest by leaving your name, email address and number, we will then contact you when our packages go on sale.

We offer flight inclusive and land only packages. Race tickets are included in some packages and separate in others depending on the event you have chosen. In some cases, the race tickets will be given to you by our representative or ready for collection when you arrive at your hotel.
